First Baptist Church hosts a TOPS (taking off pounds sensibly) on Tuesday evenings (TOPS #WA 0119). The weigh-in is scheduled from 6:30 PM to 6:45 PM, and the meetings are scheduled from 6:45 PM to 7:45 PM.
